Two is a black and white short film directed by Satyajit Ray for PBS as a part of trilogy of short films from India.
IN 10 minutes, Manik da has packed quite a punch. A rich kid , left alone in the house, plays a battle of wits with a poor boy who he can see from his room window. Both the guys chide each other with their toys and musical instruments until the flute of the poor boy prevails.
Did the rich boy and the poor boy reperesent USA and Vietnam respectively ?
This is a most powerful short film which must be considered an essential watch.
