AARYA is based on a Dutch drama series ,Penoza.
Chandrachur Singh and Sushmita Singh are a perfect couple with an amazing family.
But there are skeletons in the cupboard. He runs a pharma company in partnership with his bro-in-law, Ankur Bathia, and his friend, Namit Das.Sush is not totally unaware of this racket.
Circumstances force her to enter the business and take care of her kids , even as she grapples with her dad(Jayant Kriplani) and his bodyguard (Sikander Kher), another drug lord played by Manish Chowdhary ,as well as her mother.
The narcos angle in the series is handled well. The family is most adorable. Sush is the reason why this series must be seen.But it is Chandrachur Singh who in a brief role leaves behind a lasting impression.
