How bad can a bad cop be?
Booze-soaked, fucking around, snorting drugs, knee-deep in corruption, compulsively betting, double-crossing and then walking around the town sniffing all sorts of trouble- Harvey Keitel has played the veritable Satan here.
There is an orgy, a nun is raped, Keitel no less flashes his dick, then masturbates on screen, he consumes drugs all throughout and portrays a cop in worst possible light. Then for some inexplicable reason, finds those who had raped the nun, cuffs them up, dispatches them outside the city and hands them over 30000 Dollars, before getting shot by the bookie to whom he owes a lot more.
