FIDAA (Telugu) - Sai Pallavi Superstar!

 FIDAA 2017

Sai Pallavi operates on the goddess level. Her lustrous hair, infectious smile, supple dance moves and sparkling eyes elevate her to divine status. In Fidaa, she plays a village girl who falls in love with a US based doctor, the brother-in-law of her sister.

The film is beautifully made- a romance which does not require sleaze, sex, abuses, villains or even tragedy to move ahead. Quite often, we live in our minds and make hell of heaven, and heaven of hell by our own biases, haste or indecisions. Fidaa is one the cleanest and most beautiful films I have ever watched. All thanks to Sai Pallavi, but Varun Tej didnt hurt the cause.

The film could have been better served with better supporting caste and more depth into their characters. Bujji, the little one, had cute possibilities. The brother and sister of the lead couple are one-dimensional. The father of the bride does impress. But overall, Sai Pallavi does not need any help from any quarter. 120 minutes of her runtime are enough to leave anyone bedazzled.
