Sachin Tendulkar and Saurav Ganguly both appear in this
season,although Rahul Dravid has still not made an appearance, or for that
matter Viru.
Sachin is ambidextrous and comes across as a naughty fella.
He ,like Sunny,has managed to retain his youthful charm. Saurav is majestic.
The Prince of Kolkata is always in control. He displays every bit of his good
upbringing.
Smriti Mandhana is such a pretty lady. But so focussed ! It
is a treat to get acquainted with Women Cricket stars like Smriti,
Harman,Mithali and Jhulan.
Shikhar Dhawan is a blast. Cultivates the impression of
being chilled out,but is actually a very determined player.
Yuzi and Bhuvi are humble guys and retain their
authenticity. Chahel is a foodie who talks a lot about his dad, and Bhuvi about
his wife.
Rashid Khan is an inspiration. His story can inspire
anybody.
Parthiv has matured into a thinking veteran. Is there road
ahead for him ?
Mithali Raj is a Tamilian. She has cultivated an image of a
bookworm,which is fine. But she is not even half as interesting as
Smirit,Harman or Jhulan.
VVS is a very clear-headed individual who knows what he is
doing. But he is not as serious as I expected him to be.
Dinesh Karthik is a sweet boy,fidgety as ever. He has a
special chemistry with Rohit.
But the most interesting of all those interviewed is Ravi
Shastri. He is a cowboy. You gotta love the man. He walks his bluster,which is
a big deal. He has some baritone, confidence and manner of telling tales. Shaz
is easily the best.
