Pierce Brosnan is an accomplished diamond thief. He is in love with Salma Hayek. Together they dupe Woody Harrelson, a hotshot FBI officer, and escape to Paradise Island in Bahamas. Months later, Woody follows them into their retirement and accuses Pierce of trying to steal the third diamond. Don Cheadle as the local mafiosi complicates the show. Naomi Harris also does her bit. This is a slick heist film which runs as a Bahamas infomercial but ultimately falls flat because everything seems too easy for the thief. Homophobic jokes do not land. Masochistic humour also fails to take off. The film fails because of it's hollow core.
