Robert De Niro. Dustin Hoffman. Ben Stiller. And yet you get a recycled comedy with no recall value? But that is not about it at all. MTF was supposed to be a cute, little entertainer, and does a spectacular job of it. Barbara Striesand lends a useful hand in the sequel. Fake breast, Fockers, Gaylord Focker and circle of trust are cult stuff. Well done, Jay Roach.
