Bejoy used to be a respectable name in film industry. Why would he make such a ruckus of a film featuring small-timers set in a campus with a storyline and amateurish treatment is beyond my understanding. As per this Bollywood-walas, only druggies, goons and failures get icon status in colleges. That is not how it should be. Normalizing gay relationships is also rather juvenile approach to cinema. Anyway, Hindi films dont give me much hope. Thats the way it is.
Harshvardhan Rane as an overaged senior who has overstayed his welcome has an underwhelming presence. Ehan Bhat, a new lad, has more of firepower and presence. Nikita Dutta has missed out on her chance to make it big. The film doesnt have anything to offer. It is just that it manages to stay afloat given that Nambiar is an experienced hand.
Dange could have climaxed into a huge danga. The opportunity has been frittered away. The brawl could not catch fire. What a waste!
