John Wick is finally home, buried by his wife's side. Keanu Reeves shall live forever.
The story might not be over yet, with the fifth film in works. Many prequels and spin-offs are set to turn out of the John Wick Universe. That said, the climax of the fourth chapter is so beautifully shot that it is difficult to reach those heights again. JW 4 is all about action, but also a search for closure. The runtime could have been a tad less, but who is to complain? You dont mind Baba Yaga taking out all those black suits and villains. The High Table is shown its place. Winston hustles back the Continental. Bowery King has survived. Nobody has arrived. Caine flies to meet his daughter. Akira is set to avenge her father. This can go on and on.
And damn, the dialogues! They sure are a riot.
