Rajkiran plays a retired oldie, Power Pandi, who lives with his protective son and his loving family. He tries be of help to his family and the society as much as he can but ends up irking his son for picking fights and causing trouble.
Rajkiran used to be a stuntman in films, and had been quite a carefree character in his youth. He runs away from home in the quest for meaning and freedom. The story goes into flashback where the younger stuntman is played by Dhanush himself.
Rajkiran rides to Hyderabad, meets his old flame after four decades and asks her to live with him. The old flame, the first love turns out to be Revathi, the epitome of grace.
Pa Pandi is a very beautifully made film which contributes to general happiness.Wish life were that easy. Dhanush sparkles as the director in the cameo. Rajkiran is good, Revathi is special as ever.
