Joaquim Guzman aka EL Chapo was from Sinaloa who made a name for himself in the Mexico drug scene after the arrest of Miguel Angel Felix.
This was the man who made a cross-country tunnel to transport coke. He took on the Tijuana cartel and that cost him dear. Season One sees Chapo in jail, struggling to survive.
El Chapo is quite a dull series as compared with Narcos, but it is watchable.
