Gulabo Sitabo - Sluggish Pace but Big B Saves

There is an old haveli. Big B, the husband of the Maalkin, is a legendary miser. He wants to turn out all the tenants and get the Haveli transferred in his name.

There is not much of a plot, but Big B gives one of his best performance in recent years.  Ayushmaan sports a paunch in the film and does a passable role. Brijendra Kala and Vijay Raaz have also done good work. Shristi Shrivastava as a sexually empowered female has done a memorable cameo.

Gulabo Sitabo is watchable, but not timeless. Thank God for Big B for that !
