For a film carrying a rather demeaning name, that is Manly, this franchise has run its course rather fruitfully. But this is it. How long can you keep exploiting an ageing star's popularity. This segment again follows Shivani Roy on her quest to nail kidnappers, murderers, human traffickers. Rani Mukerji does justice to her role but the same cannot be said about the film. A Madam and her orphan protege set about killing girls at random, this time as guinea pigs for HPV vaccine trials. The film is watchable, but I'm afraid, we've seen the last of Mardaani.
