Dharavi is a name of Durga. It is the largest and the most famous slum of Mumbai. Om Puri, a taxi driver, married to Shabana Azmi, is an ambitious man. He joins hands with four friends to buy a dye factory. Petty politicians and goondas make life tough for him. His mother arrives from his village and provides him solace. Life is full of ups and downs, but he looks forward. Sudhir Mishra takes you to the slum and draws a complete picture. First rate acting from Om, Shabana, Raghuveer Yadav and Virendra Saxena make the film worth watching.
