Ajay Devgn could have sleepwalked into this role. Vaani Kapoor need not have turned up at all. Riteish Deshmukh is so less menacing that forget about a state and Income Tax sleuths, not even a cat would fear him. Actors have tried, but there is nothing to offer in this film- no suspense, no venom and certainly no violence. In fact, the only actor who provides some joy is Saurabh Shukla in a sadist cameo. Should they make Raid-3? No. Would they? For sure, for it is a money spinner.
