Many cars crash into each other on a foggy evening to create a traffic jam on a bridge in Seoul. Situation becomes serious when specially designed military experimental killer dogs become free from captivity and run amok survivors. No help seems forthcoming because Defense Ministry does not want details to get leaked. Dogs have been designed to hunt terrorists and not lose them till their targets are dead. This disaster-survival film is a breezy watch. No harm in watching this one!
