Ben Affleck, Joe Bernthal, Cynthia Addai-Robinson and JK Simmons reprise their roles in this sequel which makes sense because of the back-story. Affleck is watchable as always; the story is incidental. There are moments, but it is one of those films which can be tolerated only for the star.
