The film is a remake of Soorarai Pottru (2020) which was based on Capt. Gopinath's autobiography. While Surya and Sai Pallavi featured in the original and did a remarkable job, surprisingly Akshay Kumar and Radhika Madan have delivered the goods too. There was some apprehension about their age gap but that turned out to be unfounded. Paresh Rawal comes across as his villainous best, Prakash Belwadi does well in his small role. This story is the triumph of human spirit and enterprise. No barrier can stop an idea whose time has come. Dreams demand sweat and blood to get realized. That is the moral of the story.
