A top surgeon on his way to settle a matter of medical negligence out of court by paying Rs 5 crore receives a call that informs him that his daughter has been kidnapped and would be released after the payment of Rs 5 crore ransom.
Sohum Shah, in lead role, is the only actor who appears on the screen. During conversations with his wife it is revealed that his daughter has Down's Syndrome and the doctor has never cared for her for this reason. As a struggles to come to a decision about paying off the ransom, the doctor helps an assistant conduct an online surgery and changes the tyre of his vehicle. The story seems contrived but works because the actor is fully into it and really believes in the proceedings.
Sohum Shah is made different, as they say. Crazxy is a very watchable film.
