The highlight of the film, to me, is not Zach Galfianakis or Bradley Cooper, rather an unforgettable cameo by a cigarette-smoking monkey. That bloody simian has some swagger, I must say!
Rest is all routine. The film does suffer from the sequel fatigue. It could have been crispier with more oomph which is cut down here, perhaps for family viewing.
