IRADA 2017

Set against the backdrop of water contamination in Punjab as a result of Reverse Boring Process, Irada should have come across with flying colours. But despite boasting of Naseeruddin Shah, Sharad Kelkar, Arshad Warsi, Divya Dutta an Sagarika Ghatke, Irada never really takes off. That is because the treatment is juvenile, and writing is casual. This could have been handled much better by a bigger director. In the hands of a novice, the film crumbles.
What a waste!
