DASVI is an unwatchable flick, and not because of Yami Gautam. In fact, she arrives on the screen too late to even matter. Small B is totally misfit in the role of a Jat CM. Nimrat Kaur overacts like there is no tomorrow. Manu Rishi is intolerable cruelty. These actors are still caught in the early 2000s. That said, writing is very poor. Dialogues are off-putting. Plot is very predictable. The writer has no idea about neta-afsar relationships and makes a mockery of the whole show. There is nothing original to keep the film on its knees, and keep the show running.
Yami looks and acts well. Bachchan must take an off. Manu Rishi has wasted away for lack of quality. Don't even waste a minute on DASVI. You won't find Lallan Singh of Chandauli or Vishnu Nagre here.
