Miguel Angel Felix Gallardo goes compeltely narcissistic in Season 2.Diego Luna has carried off a remarkably self-contained, yet evil role with elan. It must have taken a toll upon the man. There is not much else in the season besides his eventuall fall, and arrest in 1989.
A special word for Teresa Ruiz whose deep cleavage and catwalk leave behind quite some impression.
He successfully meddles in the Presidential election, organizes all plazas and cuts deal with the Colombians. It is his quest to control distribution in US that finally leads to his fall.
The Mexico segments are well-made and quite technical in how they explain trade and distribution. Hats off to Luna and the makers, hope they return with the Mexican Drug Wars.
