Disha Patni looks like the sultrier, tanned version of Shraddha Kapoor. She is surely soft on the eye, and can act. Aditya Roy Kapoor is too enamoured of his own beauty, but has not grown as an actor in the last 6-7 years. Kunal Khemu has worked hard on his physique, but does not have enough negative energy to inspire fear or command respect. But it is Anil Kapoor who supports the film and keeps it afloat when lack of firepower turns it underwhelming.
Mohit Suri has made an entertaining film , having a good bachground score. But I almost missed Emraan Hashmi and Kangana Ranaut in it. OST could have been better, and story could have been tighter. There are some lose ends in the script, but the film’s weakest link is its main protagonist and the antagonist.
Watch Malang for timepass. Its not a serious film by any stretch.
