The Body - A Dull Remake of A Spanish Film

This is the remake of a Spanish film, but is not properly done. Emraan Hashmi has become too predictable now. Rishi Kapoor overdoes his cop act. Shobita Dhulipala looks devoid of all colour. The story should have been powerfully told, but the film capsizes owing to lacklustre direction. Emraan does get his customary kiss from Vedika, but that’s about it.

The Body is a disappointment. It should not have been.
